How do I order?

Add your favorite items to the cart and then proceed to checkout. There you can select your delivery address and preferred payment method.

Can I order without a customer account?

Yes, you can also order as a guest.

Can I change or cancel my order afterwards?

Subsequent changes or cancellations are usually not possible.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes, immediately after your order, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details.

Shipping

Where do you deliver?

Currently, we deliver within Austria and Germany, as well as throughout Europe. Details can be found at checkout.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery time is usually:

  • Austria: 2–4 business days
  • Germany: 3–6 business days
  • Other European countries: 6-8 business days

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation including a tracking link.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return items?

Yes. You can return unworn items within 14 days of receipt.

How do returns work?

Just send us a short message to hello@dewandjuju.com with your order number. We will send you the next steps.

When will I get my refund?

Once your return has arrived and been checked, the refund will be processed within a few business days via your original payment method.

Which items are excluded from returns?

Unfortunately, worn, washed, or damaged items cannot be returned.

How do I find the right size?

How do your styles fit?

Depending on the cut, our pieces can be oversized, regular, or figure-hugging. Information on this can be found directly with the product.

What if I'm between two sizes?

If you prefer a looser fit, we recommend the larger size.
